No, it wasn’t. That was the correct one. However, this company submitted ones that were obsolete. These
will match the one that is in place now.

Are they the traffic pattern lights or is it also for the emergency when the emergency vehicles are coming
through?

| think that the optical system, | believe, is controlled by the controller. Those are activated by the firetrucks and
the like.

Mr. Caggiano

There was one for years that they used our contract for. It was paid out of parking. They chose in the middle
of last year to remove that due to bad behavior going on in the parking garage. | think that problem went away.

the railroad property. There is no buildings. You look across to BAE and the mills are on the other side of the
river. There’s been some safety problems because the grade is very steep going down. Didn’t a car go off
here and someone died a few years ago.

The guardrail is in quite bad shape. The idea here is to replace the guardrail and repair the fence so there’s no
other safety issues.

When | spoke to them about the paving project, they said that they were still working on getting us a list. Is this
just the core testing?

They will go out on certain streets and take a core so they know they are getting the materials and thickness
they need to get. I’m not sure if they know specifically where they are going to do those cores yet.

approved is quite extensive. It’s still not totally okayed. We expect to get that soon, this spring. Hayner
Swanson is more involved in this whole repurposing issue than anyone else. They have a rather strong,
lengthy relationships with all of the parties and understand the regulations that are necessary to accomplish

This will also encumber the new development that’s down there on Bridge Street and looking at that influx of
traffic into that at the East Hollis Street Bridge, correct?
