to the CIPP should there exists imperfections or defects in the lining that is
judged by the Engineer to cause any problems with sewer flow such as potential
backups or loss in pipe capacity.

investigation take longer than 3 hours, the City will work with the Contractor on
negotiating a reasonable hourly compensation for the down time.

MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT

SUMMARY
Under the price specified to be paid for each item, the Contractor shall furnish all
labor, materials, equipment, plant, and perform all operations to complete all work as
indicated and specified. All supervision, overhead items, bond and permit costs,
protection and precautions and all other costs, incidental to the construction work,
complete, and as specified, are also included.

The Contractor shall not increase the number of construction crews assigned to the work
without providing one-week advance notice to the Engineer.

Cutting, Fitting and Patching
The Contractor shall do all cutting, fitting, or patching of his work that may be required to
make its several parts come together properly and fit it to receive or be received by work
of other Contractors, as shown upon or reasonably implied by the drawings and the
specifications for the completed structure, including all existing work.

Dimensions of Existing Structures
Where the dimensions and locations of existing structures are of critical importance in the
installation or connections of new work, the Contractor shall verify such dimensions and
locations in the field before the fabrication of any material or equipment which is
dependent on the correctness of such information.

Electric Service
A. The Contractor shall make all necessary applications and arrangements and pay for all
fees and charges for electrical energy for power and light necessary for the proper
completion of this contract during its entire progress. The Contractor shall provide
and pay for all temporary wiring, switches, connections, and meters.
B. There shall be sufficient electric lighting so that all work may be done ina
workmanlike manner where there is not sufficient daylight.
