Mt. Tom Power Generation Station — Turbo-Sorb Initial Compliance (Key
Operator: 2009)
Worked on the team to commission the new Turbo-Sorb System. My role was
the onsite mercury analyst. | collected the stack gas on the carbon tubes then
using the Ohio-Lummex analyzed the tubes to report the mercury concentrations.
New England Power Plants, FTIR —- Ammonia — NE (Key Operator: 2001 -
2011)
Electric Utility, Morton International, Army Research Lab Watertown, and Public
Services Colorado. Set up air modeling for Arco Channelview.
Emissions Testing
PPL Landfill Gas Recovery (now EPP) — Various Locations (Project
Manager 2000 - Present)
Worked with PPL to test engines and flares burring landfill gas. Optimized
engine operation to maximize power generation and minimum emissions. Flare
testing was to maximize methane production from landfill to minimize
supplemental fuel use.

review of permit, ensuring that all information was correct and complete.

Mr. Gill served as part of an emergency response team to supervise clean up
actions of accidental release. Responsible for getting samples for background
and confirmatory analysis.
Gennisess Health Care, Site Investigating — Various Sites, NH (Project
Investigator: 2006)

Mr. Gill served as Project Engineer for the design, building, installation, and
operation of a four station NOx monitoring network for the Dewy Street Tunnel.
He is responsible for the daily operation and monthly reports to the MADOT and
MADEP. The network is an automated system performing daily and weekly
calibrations and then emailing any failures. The system is web based and allows
for the DEP and DOT to view the data real time from their offices.

reuse the soil on site to reduce disposal cost and keeping the over budget
reduced.
