REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Mr. Gill has conducted various tasks associated with remediation and
environmental compliance including air permitting. Mr. Gill has also worked with
several of the other groups at TRC. He has conducted source sampling and
process monitoring at various types of stationary sources such as power plants
(coal, oil, gas, and biomass), medical waste incinerators, chemical weapon
disposal facilities, cement kilns, pharmaceutical plants, and oil refineries.
Prior to joining TRC, Mr. Gill worked as a process engineer for a plastic
manufacturing plant updating and improving the production process. He also
worked for a process design firm specializing in batch pharmaceutical plants
where he designed afterburner and scrubber systems, reviewed process and
instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure that the vendor drawings matched
design drawings, and complied with design specifications. He also participated
in permitting various facilities in NJ, MA, and MS by developing electronic
EPA/DEP forms
