Mr. Gill served as part of an emergency response team to supervise clean up
actions of accidental release. Responsible for getting samples for background
and confirmatory analysis.
Gennisess Health Care, Site Investigating — Various Sites, NH (Project
Investigator: 2006)
Mr. Gill served as project investigator at several locations to investigate any
possible environmental impacts associated with the site. Investigation included a
database search for all known environmental impacts (LUST, UST, spills, etc.), a
site walk through, a visual inspection of the database search sites, and
contacting local officials (fire department, town manager, and health department)
for any other information.
Miscellaneous Remediation Work
Worked with the Hazardous Waste group helping on site sampling and
monitoring. Performed soil, sediments, ground water, and surface water
sampling. Filled out all paper work for sample shipping and helped process the
data from the lab.
Environmental Compliance Audits
Confidential Client - NH (Due Diligence) 2017
Reviewed environmental records for several fossil fuel burning power plants to
determine current compliance status. Focused on hazardous waste, ground
water monitoring permits, and ash handling. One facility has a flue gas
desulfurization process which generates gypsum for wall board manufacturing.
Wheelabrator — Saugus, MA (Environmental Auditor (AIR): 201 3)
Mr. Gill was part of a large auditing team performing internal audits of the
complete operations of the Wheelabrator Saugus facility. Mr. Gill's role was the
compliance with ail air regulations including both state and federal. Reviewed
their training records and all submissions to the MADEP to insure their
completeness. Went through their maintenance and operation records for their
continuous monitoring system to again insure compliance with Part 60, Part 75
and current operation permits.
Salem Harbor Generation Station — Salem MA (Environmental Auditor
(AIR): 2012)
Mr. Gill spent three days on site auditing the power plant to insure compliance
with all air regulations and their current Title V permit. Reviewed their training
records and all submissions to the MADEP to insure their completeness and that
they were filled on time. Went through their maintenance and operation records
for their continuous monitoring system to again insure compliance with Part 60,
Part 75 and current operation permits.
