Air Products and Chemicals, Inc, Title V Permitting, Hopkington, MA and
Eastern Utilities - Somerset, MA (Field Team Member: 2004)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who assisted in comprehensive Title V
permitting effort. Entered data electronically onto DEP forms. Helped with final
review of permit, ensuring that all information was correct and complete.

General Electric, Title V Permit Application Development — Lynn, MA
(Field Team Member: 2003)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who updated emissions inventory and
emission calculations for combustion sources, boilers, emergency generators,
degreasers, small paint booths and metal grinding operations. Assisted in filling
out the Title V application. It is currently under final review for submittal to the
state.

Textron Defense Systems, Comprehensive Title V Permitting — Wilmington,
MA (Field Team Member: 2004)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who completed updating emissions
inventories and emission caiculations for the three facilities ((2) research and
development, and (1) production). Completed Restricted Emission Status Permit
forms for two of three facilities restricting fuel use in the boilers to avoid Title V
permitting. Filled out the Title V application for the third facility which has been
received by the state and waiting final approval.

Santee Cooper, Grainger and Jefferies Power Generating Stations,
Comprehensive Title V Permitting — South Carolina (Field Team Member:
2004)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who performed all emission calculations
and assisted in the state and federal regulations review. Organized all the
information and compiled two different complete South Carolina Title V
applications for the different facilities.

Sturm and Ruger, Title V Permit Application Development — Newport, NH
(Field Team Member: 2005)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who developed an emissions inventory
including casting and foundry activities. Also worked on determining the
applicability of the state and federal regulations to the facility in preparation for
filing a Title V application.

Miscellaneous Permitting Work

Other Title V work, Performed a complete plant surrey checking for possible
noncompliance issues while conducting an intensive emissions inventory for
General Motors in preparing them for filing a Title V application. Set up emission
calculation spreadsheets in Excel and Lotus for the City of Vineland Municipal
