Wheelabrator — Claremont NH (Environmental Auditor (AIR): 2012)

Part of a larger auditing team to perform an internal audit of the complete
operations of the Wheelabrator Claremont facility. My role was the compliance
with all air regulations including both state and federal. Reviewed their trainin
records and all submissions to the NHDEP to insure their completeness. Went
through their maintenance and operation records for their continuous monitoring
system to again insure compliance with Part 60, Part 75 and current operation
permits.

AES — Various Locations (Environmental Auditor: 2010 - 2012)

Responsible for updating AES’s internal audit database for TRC performed
audits. Mr. Gill would input all the findings from the various auditors into the
database while relating them to the current AES's audit protocols. All the findings
would be then submitted to the facility for their comments. | would then finalize
the audit with both the auditor and the facility.

Air Permitting

MWRA, Emission Control Plan - Deer Island, MA (Field Team Member:
2005)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who developed an emissions control plan
for compliance with the NOx budgeting program. The control plan contains
operating parameters for the turbines, schematic drawings, NOx monitoring
equipment, and testing protocols to determine the accuracy and precision of the
monitoring plan.

LG-Caltex, Yochon, Emission Inventory — South Korea (Team Member:
2004)

Mr. Gill served as part of a team sent to South Korea to perform a complete
emission inventory for an oil refinery. Reviewed piping and instrumentation
drawings (P&IDs) for the entire facility to speciate the different process streams
and count all valves, pumps, flanges, and other possible sources of fugitive
emissions. These counts were then used to estimate total fugitive emissions
from each of the process areas. Worked on a tanks database to estimate the

loading areas.

General Motors Corp, Titie V Permitting — Ml, OH, and NY (Field Team
Member: 2003)

Mr. Gill served as Field Team Member who assisted in comprehensive Title V
permitting effort for twenty different facilities. Performed on-site inventories and
gathered data for compliance audits. Developed electronic emission inventories
complete with actual and potential emission calculations for future updates.
Determined the applicability of state and federal regulations to each facility based
on the inventory reports. Entered data electronically onto permit application
