TRAINING ROOM

SCOPE

Nashua Fire Rescue would like to update the AV and videoconferencing equipment in the Training Room,

CCS is located on Northeastern Blvd. in Nashua, just minutes from the station.

We will de-install all unnecessary existing equipment, such as the existing projector, screen, camera, and some rack equipment.
Anew 82" commercial display on a mobile cart will be installed. This can be used for in room presentation, or videoconferencing.

Users will have the ability to present or conduct a videoconferencing call using the Room PC or laptop. An input plate in the wall will provide the
laptop connection.

The existing mics and speakers will be used for the audio on VTC calls and presentation.

Two new PTZ cameras will be installed. One camera will be installed in the front of the room for use during typical video conferencing meetings
where the users would be looking forward toward the projected images. Asecond camera will be mounted in the back of the room for board
meetings or training type VTC calls where you would want to capture someone, or a group of people, at the front of the room near the projected
images. This setting would be used for the meetings that need to be recorded and streamed for CATV.

Both cameras will have pan/tilt/zoom functionality. Only one camera can be active at once. The active camera will be selected at the touch panel.

The camera in the back of the room will also have the ability to stream and record using a streaming media processor, This will allow you to record
and stream simultaneously, as well as send that stream out to the internet and CATV if desired. There is 80GB of storage on the quoted model.
Users will have to remember to offload recorded videos once storage gets low. We have included an option to upgrade to the 400GB storage model
in an option near the end of this quote. Additional information about the streaming processor can be found at this link:
https://www.extron.com/product/smp351

Atable mounted touch panel will be located at the computer station. This will give the user an intuitive control interface for the system. The touch
panel will control system on/off, mic mute, mic levels, program volume, camera selection, camera control, stream/record etc.

Rack mounted equipment will be installed in the existing rack.
Nashua Fire is responsible for providing power and network connections if necessary.
