Obtain site licensing and permitting, including site lease/ownership, zoning, OQ
permits, regulatory approvals, easements, power, and telco connections.

Deliverable: Access, permitting, and licensing necessary to install system equipment at each site.
Equipment Order and Manufactoring

Create equipment order and reconcile to contract. O
Manufacture Motorola Solutions-provided equipment necessary for system OQ

based on equipment order.

Provide system interconnections that are not specifically outlined in the
system design, including dedicated phone circuits, microwave links, or other M) oO

Finalize Documentation and System: Acceptance

Provide manufacturer's installation material, part list and other related O
