Massachusetts Greater Boston Police Council Vehicle Procurement Contract #GBPC2017/2018.

A quote fram MHQ is attached for your review showcasing the features and options of the new vehicle and
the associated costs and trade-in allowance. The cost of this vehicle includes additional emergency
lighting and radio console equipment necessary to transition from the Ford Crown Victoria, as well as the
cost of the equipment to outfit the vehicle with the K9 transportation system and equipment.

The Nashua Police Department and Fleet Supervisor recommend the purchase in the amount of
$45,603.03 from M-H-Q, inc. Municipal Vehicles, Marlborough, MA.
