This document explains information regarding the Alpine Software proposed RedNMX System. All information
and the proposals are based upon RedNMX System functionality Nashua Fire Rescue has requested.

This is a working document and additional information may be added as the project develops and details are

Proposed System Description

Alpine Software has provided the Nashua Fire Rescue with a complete system proposal of the fully integrated
RedNMX Records Management System (RMS). This system will dramatically improve the operational
functionality of the department and facilitate data and information sharing. Overall administration efficiency will
become improved.

After implementation, the system will eliminate redundant data entry, guide users through the incident entry
process, and provide all the transactions and information needed by the Nashua Fire Rescue. All functionality
will be directly accessible by authorized Nashua Fire Rescue administrative personnel at all times without
delay. The system is designed to be intuitive, easy to use for all levels of computer knowledge, and secure.

Proposed System Modules

Listed below are the modules proposed to meet the Nashua Fire Rescue’s expressed needs:

Computer Aided Complete Dispatch system provides an interactive software program DISP-1
Dispatching (CAD) that tracks apparatus and incident status. Fully integrated with the

Property/Preplan, Incident Reporting, GIS Mapping, and Apparatus
modules. Automates the call-taking, status monitoring, dispatching, and
history keeping functions of a dispatch center. CAD allows dispatchers
quick access information and supports Wide Area Networks utilizing
multiple real-time status monitors in the Dispatch Center and remote
station hot printers. Fully integrated with our mobile unit platforms.

Alpha Numeric Links with 3" Party CAD Interface or Computer Aided Dispatch for PAGE-1
Paging/Text sending a page at the time of the alarm. Incorporates Alpha Numeric
Messaging Interface Paging for automatic notification of emergency personnel. Fully

accommodates standard individual and group TAPI paging, internet
based paging, text messaging, and e-mailing. Send pages to
individuals and/or groups. Send pages based upon call type and status.

NFIRS 5.0 Incident Premium Fire Incident Reporting provides for the accurate entry and INC-1
Reporting disk submission of the state incident reports. Additional state formats
are included for historical data. This module produces perfect laser
printout of each state incident report forms, including HazMat, Civilian,
Fire, Medical Exposure Arson, Wild land reports. The module is
approved by FEMA for submission of NFIRS 5.0 reports.

EMS Patient Care
Reporting

NEMSIS, state specific, and custom formats available. E-PCR provides
for the tracking of EMS Incidents. Electronic data submission available
in selected areas to meet state requirements. Quality Assurance
System. Useful for tracking ambulance usage, crew response and
attendance, as well as patient information. Custom reporting also
available.

Personnel Module

Manages membership/personnel information including medical records,
inventory, incident and event attendance, training requirements and
other pertinent data required by your department.

PERS-1

Training and Station
Event Management

Assists in tracking training schedules and course requirements. This
module produces several different reports that flag which personnel are
deficient in specific training requirements. Also tracks an unlimited
number of other non-incident events including meetings, drills, work
details, standbys and other events. Personnel attendance is also
compiled to provide data for manpower and point standing reports.

Scheduling System

Manages scheduling of paid personnel and setting hours and shifts.
Tracks pay rates, sick leave, and station schedules. 3" party interfaces
for other software products like Telestaff. Optional payroll interfaces are
also available.

Directly populates RedNMxX roster information with Telestaff scheduling
data.

Document Imaging

Can display firefighter pictures, generate custom designed identification
cards and attach scanned documents to personnel records.

Inventory Management

Tracks all inventory fora department. Inventory can be assigned to
personnel, apparatus, fire stations and even be tracked by vendor.
Service history and ownership is also recorded.

Apparatus
Management

Tracks apparatus records, service, inspections, inventory, and
incident/non-incident usage. Includes Additional Specifications section
to track additional apparatus information. Links with Incident, CAD,
Personnel and Inventory modules. Produces several reports providing
maintenance and inspection schedules based on mileage, date,
incident usage, and hours.

APP-1

Hose Management

Tracks hose inventory and hose testing. Allows for quick access to
location and batch testing of hoses. Automatically flags which hoses
are scheduled for testing and provides assigned location.

HOSE-1

Hydrant Management
System

Tracks all hydrants in a district, including maintenance, size, flow, and
inspection. System links with CAD System to notify dispatchers of
hydrants with deficient flow rates or out of service. Includes
inspection/maintenance scheduling and reporting.

HYD-1

Work Order Manager

Is fully integrated with the Hydrant, Inventory, Hose, Apparatus, and
SCBA modules. Allows for the quick generation and management of
equipment problems. Fuily integrated with all service histories.

Notification and
Reminder System

Sends users notifications and reminders about particular events such as
meetings, drills, inventory items that require maintenance, expiring
drivers licenses and more. Users have control as to when reminders
and notifications are sent and to whom. All scheduled reminders can be
viewed in a calendar format for easy viewing.

Chemical Database Provides access to HazMat chemical information, synonyms, trade HAZ-1
Management (Hazmat) | names and Material Safety Data Sheets for over 4200

hazardousmaterials and chemicals. Chemical information can be linked

directly with the CAD and Property Modules to assist dispatchers in

providing critical information in the field.
RedNMX Responder A native application (app) available for both iOS and Android devices. RESPAPP-1
Application The Responder app receives push notifications for new alarms, lets

personnel respond to open alarms, and view critical call information like

hydrants, hazardous materials, and dispatch warnings.
Property/Pre-Plan Assists in the management of pre-plans and site-plans for properties. GEO-1

Property records are indexed on multiple fields to allow for quick access

to the correct address based on limited information. Pre-Plan entry

screens can be customized to match department needs.
GIS Mapping Displays district maps - streets, intersections, incident locations, GIS-1
(Geographic hydrant/water sources, as well as responding apparatus. Gives
Information System) dispatchers information pertaining to construction, high traffic zones and

best routes to incident location. Inexpensive map data is available for

every locality utilizing ESR! ArcView in the USA and Canada. Alpine

Software is an ESRI Business Partner.
Site Plan, Document Module allows you to attach documents to several of the modules. SITE-1
Imaging Examples include the ability to attach a graphic floor plan to a

commercial address, incident drawing to a ems incident, and a

photograph to an arson investigation. Attach JPG, PDF and other

image files.
Truck Bay Bulletin Multiple display options available depending on system configuration. TB-1
Board Display Can include current call, property information, GIS map display, recent

call history, department messages, and apparatus status.
Inspections and Connects directly with Property/Pre-Plan Module, allows for INSP-1
Violations/Prevention management of inspections, scheduling, tracks violations, generates
Manager letters and prints reports. Supports BOCA, Uniform Fire Code (UFC),

NFPA, New York Building Code Index, New Jersey Code and others in

addition to entry of local codes and ordinances.
Permit Management Comprehensive system designed to track various permits required by PERM-1
System the fire department, building department or other municipal agencies.
Fire Investigation Designed specifically for fire investigators. Integrated with several ARS-1

Mobile Data Terminal Enables remote users to send and receive dispatch call information. MDT-10
Dispatch System Compatible with both RedNMX CAD and select 3% Party CAD Systems.
Mapping, preplan, GPS,

HazMat and mobile NFIRS options.

Mobile Data Terminal Enables field inspectors to easily collect inspection information and MDT-5
inspection System input their findings into the system. it aiso ailows inspectors to issue
violations and print out compliance or violation notices on scene.
Property/preplan information can be gathered and updated while the
inspector is on location, providing an easy way to keep premise
information current.

Mobile Data Terminal Enables field personnel to remotely collect data and complete FEMA MDT-8
NFIRS 5.0 Reporting certified NFIRS 5.0 reports. It utilizes FEMA's specification requirements
System and allows field users to begin entering report information while away

fram the department.
Mobile Data Terminal Designed for non dispatch departments that maintain an address NA
Preplan database with critical preplan information. Access to all preplan

information available for a given location. Stores available site plans.
Displays recent call history.

Mobile Data Terminal Enabies field personnel to remotely collect data andcomplete MDT-7
Patient Care Reporting | pre-hospital patient care reports. It is customized to include all of your

Proposed Services Description

System Installation and Configuration - RedNMX will be installed and configured by Alpine Software
personnel. The majority of system installation will be provided using an approved remote internet connection.
The remote connection is required to be provided by Nashua Fire Rescue (See Requirements section for more
details).

Initial module configuration will be provided by Alpine to assist Nashua Fire Rescue with set up options. The
System Administrator(s) will be able to continue with configuration of specific codes and set up options as
desired. Alpine will consult throughout the process.

e System Customization - Alpine will be providing system customization as specified in the
Services section of the itemized price proposal.

. Staff Training - Training is included for the specified personnel in the itemized proposal.
Training is provided in a Train the Trainer type format on a specifically configured RedNMX
Training System. Training is estimated based on the size and application of the project.
Additional training is available if necessary.

® Standard and Custom Documentation - Alpine Software will provide both standard user
manuals and additional supplemental documentation for specific items configured or
customized for any Nashua Fire Rescue specific configuration.

Hardware and Network. Supplemental document GEN-8 provides information on the RedNMX
System Hardware Specifications. No hardware or database licensing is provided with the proposal.

* This RedNMX System will be hosted on the cloud.

® Remote Connection such as LogMeln, Windows Remote Desktop or similar remote
connection tool needs to be configured by the Department for installation and support of the
bulletin board module and mobile modules.

System Support

Alpine Software will provide regular upgrades and support via the Internet through the cloud. Alpine Software
will be utilizing LogMeIn, Windows Remote Desktop or similar remote connection tool to support the bulletin
board and mobile modules. An online support tool called RedAlert Direct is also available.
