[2] Stop referring to the hospitals in Nashua as Nashua’s hospitals. The two hospitals in Nashua
are regional hospitals that serve a greater area than Nashua and those hospitals are not the
responsibility of Nashua citizens. The admission of patients to those Nashua hospitals is not solely
controlled by Nashua’s residents.

[3] Hold the hospitals in Nashua and around the state accountable for internal mismanagement
issues and demand an investigation that identifies the failures of these facilities to service the
public.

[4] Get the hospitals to break out the data separating out incidental cases. By this, | mean, the
number of people admitted for other issues not knowing they had COVID, but tested positive with
COVID once in the hospital. This will separate those coming to the hospital specifically for covid
care from those being admitted for other issues or procedures that are identified covid positive
secondarily.

[5] Ask the Hospitals to provide a breakdown of COVID patients admitted to their hospitals that
reside in Nashua.

[6] Ask the hospital to provide the data for the number of COVID patients on oxygen.

{7] Ask the hospitats to provide daily consistent reporting on vaccinated v unvaccinated patients
admitted. They are only tracking this data intermittently leading to public mistrust.

[8] The Board of Health is sending mixed messages on the length of the hospital stay on
vaccinated versus unvaccinated people. Omicron is a different strain that appears to greatly
reduce hospital time. Define this with hard data.

[9] Provide scientific data on natural immunity versus pharmaceutical immunity. Provide the
science behind the production and longevity of naturally produced antibodies versus
pharmaceutically produced antibodies.

[10] Ask the hospitals to provide the number of people showing up to the hospital in need of covid
testing or symptoms that should be not going to the hospital. This provides information on the
“state of fear” created by the messaging.

[11] Provide hard data on the effectiveness of the mask mandate, in Nashua, since reinstating the
mandate on December 21, 2021. Manchester, Concord, and surrounding towns do not have
mandates in place (Manchester only requires masking in government buildings). How does their
failure to institute mask mandates affect Nashua?

[12] Determine how effective masks are when the regional areas do not support masking. | was at
the State House last week, and the policy for building entry allows masking choice. Numerous

Nashua elected folks enjoyed that choice and chose not to mask, as did |. What is the impact of

this lack of uniformity? Eighteen days after the mask mandate was reinstated, the Nashua Public
school needed to close because of high covid teacher absenteeism, despite having a masking
policy since the start of the school year.

[13] Adopt a policy to only recommend covid testing if symptomatic and define symptomatic.
Recommend a reduction in testing for Nashua residents. What is the scientific reliability of rapid
testing versus PCR testing? How much false data is generated by each? Should rapid testing be
stopped?

[14] Create a masking policy that states the only effective masks are N95 or KN95. While | totally
disagree with your mask policy, the Board’s endorsement of policies created “half way”
demonstrates a lack of leadership. If you believe that you know the right answer, message the
right answer.

[15] Create a recommendation that every public organization should welcome those to their
buildings when proper protocols are followed. Our public schools are not allowing parent
volunteers into buildings. The education of Nashua’s children, within the public education system,
has lost a lot of ground based on bad policy. Private school children have fared better because
schools remained open, and have allowed parent volunteers, with some private schools allowing
masking choices. This board should be concerned with how health policy has eroded the
education of our children and the consequences to mental health.

[16] Some private schools opened the year with masking choices and have maintained these
policies. As far as | know, none of those schools ended up closing because of an epidemic spread
among children or teachers. Determine why private schools have not experienced the shutdowns
associated with COVID that the public schools have experienced despite having masking policies in
place since the start of school.

[17] Promote the message that this virus is now an endemic that we will live with. Dr. Fauci
11/28/21 (speaking with Margaret Brennan CBS face the nation) - “ Americans are “going to have
to start living” with the virus as “we’re not going to eradicate” it.”

The Board of Health erred in creating a policy that allowed restaurants, bars, casinos and clubs to
remain open for unmasked business while demanding masks be worn in all other essential

businesses.

It is inappropriate for any member of the Board of Health to create a message based on fear;
please promote solutions not fear.

Comments | just want to thank the Board of Alderman for ordering the local

mask mandate for indoor spaces. It seems to be followed by
most people and businesses, although | have experienced
exceptions. | wish that this could be extended to churches. |
hope that the mandate is renewed until the vaccination
numbers are in the 90 percent region and the covid
hospitalizations are down. Keep up the good work.

Aldermen Wilshire and the Board of Aldermen:

This email is an official request to the Board of Aldermen to take action on City Clerk
Lovering's letter sent to Board members on December 17, 2021 re Alderwoman Kelly. This
email requires more than just procedural actions of placing this email on file.

The December 28, 2021 Agenda for the Board of Aldermen meeting, contained the letter sent
by the City Clerk to inform the President of the Board of Alderwoman Kelly being absent more
than three times for regular board meetings. Aldermen O’Brien motioned to put this item on
indefinite hold.

Per NRO-5-6: any member of the Board of Aldermen that is recorded absent at three or more
regular meetings of the board, the City Clerk shall transmit a communication stating that fact to
the Board of Aldermen, and the stipend for that quarter shall be withheld.

This letter needs to come before the board again. However, this time I request that all Aldermen
that have done business with Alderwoman Kelly company (Kelly Creative also doing business
as The Do it Left Project) abstain from voting on this item. As you can see below it will show a
direct conflict of interest on the part of the Aldermen that had used Alderwoman Kelly’s
company for campaign literature.

Clearly, some of our Aldermen have financial ties to each other, It appears that
Alderwoman Kelly's marketing company does a lot of work for some of the other Aldermen and
other city officials. Perhaps the work required to support the Aldermen prevented Alderwoman

Board of Aldermen members that gave contributions to the Nashua Democratic Party,
approximately $22,000 in contributions, should also abstain from casting their vote due to a
direct conflict of interest because the Nashua Democratic Party used Alderwoman Kelly's
company for campaign literature.

One of the Board of Aldermen's functions is to be accountable to the Nashua taxpayers and
therefore the stipends paid to Alderwoman Kelly should be returned to the Nashua
taxpayers. Taxpayers should not be paying for work that was not done.

I ask that Alderwoman Kelly's stipend for the 3% quarter of 2021 be returned to the City of
Nashua.

As you, the elected government of our fair city, consider renewing/extending the mask mandate for all
public buildings in our fair city, please consider the following:

The latest mask mandate is a dismal failure, just as the last one was. 290 NEW CASES in one day
(this information came from WMUR's Covid tracking page) as of 05-JAN-22 in Nashua because, you
know, masks work.

Ask yourselves this question: !f masks work, how is it that, during the height of the original Covid
outbreak early in 2020 and during the subsequent outbreak of Covid-D in 2021, WHEN EVERYONE
IN THE COUNTRY WAS MASKED IN PUBLIC; with certain states excepted, and locked down in their
homes, obsessively washing their hands and obsessively disinfecting surfaces in their homes and
vehicles multiple times a day, THE VIRUS CONTINUED TO SPREAD UNABATED?

Now during the Omicron outbreak, infections are spiraling upwards again, with a re-instituted mask
mandate. How is it that the infection rate is skyrocketing in Nashua since your recent re-institution of
the mask mandate, if masks work?

The holes between the fibers in most masks, i.e. surgical masks, range from 80um to 500um
depending on mask construction techniques. The Covid virus measures 0.1um to 0.5 um. Don't
believe me? You can look this information up on the internet. That's where | got it from. Better yet,
ask the local health experts that are advising you, just to see if they are informed on this detail. N95
masks are touted as “the best” protection against the virus. Yet, they are only capable of filtering
particles AND VIRUSES down to .3um. Therefore are not effective at filtering out ALL of the Covid
viruses.

Even with multiple overlapping layers in masks, the virus can and will still pass through the holes
between fibers because the holes in most masks, especially surgical masks, are 80 to 500 times the
size of the virus. Not to mention that the virus can enter through the sides, top and bottom of the
mask because there is NO AIRTIGHT SEAL in ordinary masks nor in N95 masks. An airtight seal is
only achieved with GAS MASKS.

Anecdotally, the virus is said to also enter through the eyes. Are you going to add a requirement that
goggles must also be worn along with a mask, next, when your current mandate expires and the virus
continues to spread UNABATED?

Masks don't work. If they did, the virus would NOT be spreading at an exponential rate on a daily
basis, AGAIN, here in Nashua and throughout the country.

Rescind the mask mandate. It doesn’t work. Wearing a mask should be a personal choice.
When was the last time any government FIXED ANYTHING by making it mandatory?

Live Free or Die should NEVER take a back seat, at any time, for any reason.

Please don’t continue imposing a mask mandate on the people of Nashua again. Let’s end this. It’s obviously not
helping with cases and we know now that cloth masks and surgical masks are less affective. Unless you plan on
supplying N95, and KN95 masks to each business then it’s pointless.
