Phase 2G — Project Meetings

MJ will meet with City staff periodically during the Preliminary Design Phase. It is assumed that
two (2) MJ staff will attend and facilitate these meetings. MJ will generate meeting notes that
will be distributed after each meeting. It is assumed two (2) meetings will be held during
Preliminary Design.

Section 106 Effect Memo for NHDOT’s use in acquiring signatures.
