A single construction contract will be used to complete the proposed work.

The cost of providing officers and flaggers required for traffic control during geotechnical
investigations are included.

3. Respond to bidders’ questions from the pre-bid meeting and subsequent to the
pre-bid meeting as part of any technical addenda necessary. For budgetary
purposes it is assumed that issuance of up to two addenda will be required during
the bidding phase.

4. Review bids with a summary tabulation of the bids, analyze the bids and make a
recommendation of award to the City.
