Phase 2G — Project Meetings
MJ will meet with City staff periodically during the Preliminary Design Phase. It is assumed that
two (2) MJ staff will attend and facilitate these meetings. MJ will generate meeting notes that
will be distributed after each meeting. It is assumed two (2) meetings will be held during
Preliminary Design.
Phase 2 — Preliminary Design will conclude with the submission of the Preliminary Plans
and NEPA document to NHDOT for review and approval.
