NHDOT Specifications, Standards, and bid item nomenclature will be used for the
construction documents.
A single construction contract will be used to complete the proposed work.
The cost of providing officers and flaggers required for traffic control during geotechnical
investigations are included.
The City of Nashua will arrange for meeting space for committee and public meetings.
Coordination with existing utility companies is anticipated and included in this scope.
The project will not impact the existing bridges over the Merrimack River.
FHVVA is the lead federal agency for the NEPA Categorical Exclusion.
Permit fees will be paid for directly by the City of Nashua and are not included in this scope
of work.
Construction services are not included in this scope.
. Further coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers is not included in this scope for a
pathway from the roadway elevation to the pathway along the levee.
