RE: East Hollis & Bridge Streets Intersection Improvement Project, Nashua — UPDATE
Hello Christine:
This letter is to update our proposal from February 2020; there have been many iterations of
proposals.
As you'll remember, we completed the RPR in 2018 and there was an agency meeting which we
attended to review it and set the scope for this subsequent survey phase of the project. It includes
the completion of a Historic District Area Form for the larger area that surrounds the Project Area
as a change from our original estimate. Therefore, the number of Individual Survey forms was
reduced to only two based on the refinement of the design to avoid impact on properties. There is
an increase in the amount of photography required, because all photographs taken for the RPR will
need to be reshot as they were taken in 2018 are therefore out of date.
