(5) Project: Winchester Soccer Club

Project Description:

The project consists of indoor and outdoor synthetic turf fields, natural grass field, parking, monumentations, future
playground and general site improvements. The project was completed September 1, 2021. Challenges included close
proximity to the Aberjona River, modifications to the FEMA Regulated Floodway, wetland permitting, and contaminated
soils.

Project Description:
Nesra has completed over 12 athletic field studies for the City of Everett, including but not limited

to Seven Acre Park, Glendale Park, Everett Memorial Stadium, Madeline English School, The
Meadows Park, Swan Street Park, Florence Street Park and many others. We have completed the
study, design, permitting and construction administration services for over 50 Million in
construction for the City of Everett.

(1) Project:

Project Description:
Project consisted of a Feasibility Study and Schematic Design for a synthetic turf multipurpose field,
AOO meter running track and a synthetic turf baseball stadium. Additional considerations included a
filed house with storage, concessions and locker rooms, grandstands with press box and lift, site
amenities, ADA walkways and ramps, and general site improvements. Challenges included
unsittable soils, and floodplain.
