policies and guidance. We have supported FEMA Mission Planning Operations, which charted the direction of federal disaster
recovery. since 2010, Understanding the complex nature of PA grants, our tearn will work hand-in-hand with the City of Nashua to
work through this process to maximize funding in addition to the funding already being received through the American Rescue Plan.

We offer City of Nashua two distinct approaches to programm outreach,
dependent upon City of Nashua preferences: (1) Tum-Key Outreach; or (2)
Community-leveraged Outreach. While we present both for purposes of the proposal, it would be our strong preference to use
the Community-leveraged Outreach which helped generate success within similar communities.
