New England Wheels, Inc.

LIMITED WARRANTY

New England Wheeis, ine. warrants to the original purchaser of this product, that New Erighand Wheels,
Ine. (NEW) will repair or replace, at its option, all parts manufactured by NEW that fai] by reason of
defective material or workmanship as follows:

1. Limited Warranty.. Except as set forth otherwise below, NEW warrants all NEW manufactured parts
against defective material and. workmanship or failure, under wormal use and service, fora period of three
(3) years or 50,000 miles, and for the bus. structine (3) years 75,000 whichever occurs first following
delivery. NEW will repair or replace dating such Limited Warranty coverage period all NEW manufactured
parts covered under this Limited Warranty or reimburse the warranty holder for such repair or.replacement
as set forth herein. This Limited Warranty period ig not extended if we repair or replace thesproduct.

2. Labor Costs. Labor costs: for New Englarid Wheels, Inc, parts replaced urider this Liniied Warranty
will be re-imbursed at & fiir and adequate.amountfor labor actually incurfed, as such.aniounts will vary by
market and by region. Under all circumstances, watranty répair-work rust be performed by an authorized
NEW dealer according to NEW’s warranty claim procedures. Unauthorized repair of parts replaced by
someone-other thar an authorized NEW dealer is hoe cévered by this warranty. NEW reserves the right to
require that defective parts be-returned for inspection prior lo paying warranty claims.

3. Other Manufacturer's Warranties. Individually installed componenis of NEW paris that are
manufactured by other manufacturers are not covered by this. Limited Warranty arid may carry their own
individual manufacturer warranties includnig butnot limited to heating and cooling components, electric
doors, seating composents, wheelchair lifis/rainps, and wheelchair tie-downs. These individual warranties
carry their own terms whichimay be greater or less than those specified herein: Please refer to the hidividual
warranties for installed coraponents that are part of the-vehicle’s delivery package;

4, OEM Warranty. The vehicle's original equipment manufacturer's OEM") warranty (ic. Ford, Dodge}
will supplement this warranty for all non-todified components, Le, vehicle engine anddrive train, tires,
brakes, and all other aon-modified OFM equipment.

5, Exclusions from Limited. Warranty Coverase. This Limited Warranty does not cover:
