private piece of property that a private owner is acting upon and people who believe that we are taking something
away from Greeley Park | think are misguided. Nothing in Greeley Park is changing with respect to the approximately
100 acres that exists there now. We had a recent Master Plan completed and that Master Plan did not identify
expanding Greeley Park at all. In fact, it identified setting up other parks in other parts of Nashua that don't have
parks available.

It's not a done deal and | want to praise Patricia Klee - I'm sorry, | don't know everybody's name - for her forward
thinking. This land should be conserved for the City of Nashua. There should not be any alternative to that. It should
be conserved. Thank you for your time.

sell us that slice of land which we will allow it to live fallow to preserve it as public park. For right now it would under
his current plan, it would remain private property with private property rights. | believe that it would be to his benefit
and people would certainly appreciate it if in the event that he continues on with his development, that he sell that
slice of undeveloped property to the city for the enjoyment of the residents and preservation of the park at least as
some of it is without it being...
