in that area also. So | know that you can't do anything about these Planning Board issues but please provision the
authority to borrow the money. Thank you very much.

Tracy Hollis
Thank you very much. My name is Tracy Hollis. | live at 11 Bartlett. 15 Bartlett is the Barker property. We are a
direct abutter to the Barker property. We've known the Barkers for many, many years. My husband and Alan Barker
and Doug Barker have served on the Edgewood Cemetery board for upwards of 30 years. When this all came to
fruition, we were actually kind of surprised because there have been people have been speaking about it was public
knowledge that the property was for sale. Not so much. It kind of happened in the quiet of night. | am concerned for
the park. I'm concerned for the wildlife of the park. This year, the corner of our property we had a bobcat in our
backyard that our dog flushed out of the woods. Not suggesting that | want bobcats in my yard but that is the kind of
wildlife that we have.
We also have Nashua Catholic which is at 6 Bartlett. They have 209 students in their school right now. 128 kids are
drivers - well they're not drivers, their parents drive them. 102 of those children do not live in Nashua so they have to
be driven to school. | took a video last Thursday of the parents picking their children up from school. It went up our
street — Bartlett, down Wellington, down Columbia. They have walkers that go out the back side of the school. The
impact of the 44-42 plus homes - my husband who you probably all know is Morgan Hollis - has estimated by studies
that it's for it could be upwards of 480 cars a day that are impacted in our general neighborhood. We have no lights.
The street condition is horrible. We have no sidewalks and now they want to introduce 44 homes.

| have a bit of concern. I've not met Lloyd. My husband has. Very nice property. The homes are beautiful. They are
not price worthy for the lower income housing issues that we have in the City of Nashua. We're talking $700,000 to
$900,000 homes. That's not what people can afford the general population but the traffic for us is a real concern. So
that's alll have to say. Thank you for your time.
Chairman Dowd
| assume that was an opposition not in favor. In favor? All right. All right.
Steve Bolton, Corporation Counsel
In favor of the resolution.
Chairman Dowd
Okay, again in favor of the resolution.
Paul Metzger
Again, Paul Metzger, 25 Columbia Ave., Ward 3. We've heard about 20 people or so talk in favor this tonight. More in
the galley here in favor that have not spoken. We heard five people in opposition to it. I'll point out some of the
numbers from the online petition since it was kind of quick going through it last time. We have 1,248 Nashua residents
in favor of this. Of that, 872 of those are outside of Ward 3. Thank you.
