The time for them has gone by. They are no longer needed in my opinion.
Parking ??? Lets not go there. ok lets for 2 short sentences.... ITS A PROBLEM. I WISH I HAD THE
ANSWER.
One more thought that should probably go to DPW ? The NO RIGHT TURN ON RED SIGNS from most of
the side streets onto Main street.
Why are the signs located where they cannot be seen when you are at the light ?. Why are they not up in the air
at the red/yellow/green signal
