The time for them has gone by. They are no longer needed in my opinion.

ANSWER.
One more thought that should probably go to DPW ? The NO RIGHT TURN ON RED SIGNS from most of
the side streets onto Main street.
Why are the signs located where they cannot be seen when you are at the light ?. Why are they not up in the air
at the red/yellow/green signal
in front of you where they can be seen. Park street for instance coming down the hill from the library.
