Honorable members of the BOA,
Tonight, the Infrastructure Committee is considering an ordinance relative to outdoor dining in the downtown area. I'm
hoping this can be tabled in committee but if it does make it to the full Board, it is my hopes it will be tabled until the
new BOA is sworn is. This is a substantial ordinance that effects Downtown for three years, a “lame duck” BOA
shouldn’t take this up.
