Dear Alderwomen and Aldermen:
I am not in favor of we taxpayers buying a $2.5 million parcel of land near Greeley Park. The whole southwest
corer of Nashua near me is being developed, so too should this parcel be as the landowner family wants. We
keep hearing there is a drastic housing need in Nashua. Also, the land would then pay in property taxes to help
slow down the rise in those every year.
