Upon receipt of qualifications submissions, the City of Nashua’s selection cominitiee will review
the responses based on the following criteria:

The following criteria will be used in rating responses to this Request for Qualifications:
The Consultant’s Project Approach will be described in sufficient detail to demonstrate
knowledge of the steps needed to successfully complete the described engineering of the project
in the allotted time.
The Project Approach will also include any recommendations the Consultant may have that
could improve the overall process.

The City of Nashua is sending out this Request for Qualitications for comprehensive engineering
services, 1ncluding civil cngincering design and construction adminisiration, which involves
completing the construction of the Heritage Rail Trail fast. This project would extend the bike
and pedestrian trai! trom the Herttage Rail Trail West's terminus at Main Street in downiown
Nashua and continue the trail to East Hollis Streei/Denton Strect intersection.
The City will consider all Gimely-received questions and requests for change and. if reasonable
and appropriate, will issue an addendum to clarify or modify this RFQ. Answers to vendor
submitted questions and other addenda will be posted under document RFQ0276-041919 on the
Cry of Nashua website, ww lanh.wov. under Services, Bid Opportunities. Current Bids;
and to Bid Express no later than Friday, April 5, 2019, at 3:00PM.

The City is now accepting Qualification Statements electronically via Bid Express. Please
review the attachments. Bid Express Vendor Guide and Vendor Set-up Guide for more
uiformation. If you choose to submit a paper response it must be submiited in a sealed envelope
with one (1) origmal and two (2) copies clearly marked “Heritage Rail Trait East REO
Response”. The names of those agencies that submit a response will be posted on the website,
under Bid Results, within three (3) hours of opening.
