dispensers. Unit pricing subject to change if less than four (4) installed.

9. Inspection of ASTs will require the tanks to be emptied and cleaned. Bid includes the
removal and disposal of up to 95 gallons of residual product from each tank. Bid does not
include the transportation and disposal of any tank solids or sludge.

CONTRACTOR SCOPE OF WORK

CONTRACTOR shall prepare design plans for the construction of a new Fuel Island Upgrade .The design
plans shall meet the following requirements:

Plans to be prepared by a licensed State of New Hampshire Professional Engineer.
Plans must conform to State Environmental Regulations and be approved by the New
Hampshire Division of Environmental Services (NH-DES).

ARTICLE 16— DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Upon receipt of notice of termination for cause, CONTRACTOR shall:

1. Immediately discontinue WORK on the date and to the extent specified in the notice.

2. Provide the OWNER with a list of all unperformed services.

Place no further orders or sub-contracts for materials, services, or facilities, other than as

may be necessary or required for completion of such portion of WORK under the contract

that is not terminated.
