Director Kleiner

| am Mayor, sorry | am looking now, | thought it had been updated, but we will follow up tomorrow and make
sure that it is posted.

Mayor Donchess
And Mr. Griffin is not on here, is he?
Director Kleiner

No, | don’t believe he is. | do know that Rose Evans is currently working on the CAFR Report with our
auditors. | am sorry my internet is slow, | was looking for the budget but we will make sure that it is there.

Mayor Donchess
Yes well it’s definitely passed, you know the budget that was finally enacted which is the most important.
Alderwoman Lu

| have actually asked for it several times and had it sent to me but | don’t really want to save it to my — it is such
a big thing | thought eventually it would just be posted.

Mayor Donchess

Well it should be there.

Director Kleiner

Yes.

Mayor Donchess

So definitely they will check that out.

Alderwoman Lu

Great. And just one other thing, we haven’t had any bond sales during 2020 is that correct?
Mayor Donchess

2021 you mean?

Alderwoman Lu

No | meant during the calendar year 2020 there weren’t any bond sales were there?
Mayor Donchess

There were in the fall.

Alderwoman Lu

Because there’s also ...

Mayor Donchess

Now | think ...

Alderwoman Lu

| don’t think that’s been posted to the web site either.

Mayor Donchess

In the fall the Triple A Bond Rating was reaffirmed and that occurs when bonds are sold.

Alderwoman Lu

Because | noticed that there are reports for years passed detailing the bond sales and that did not get up their

either. | just wanted to point out that especially during this time of pandemic when City Hall is closed and
people get all of their information on line we should be extra careful to get this information available.

Mayor Donchess

Correct. What do you think there Ms. Kleiner? | would have thought that David Fredette would have posted
the rating report?

Director Kleiner

Yes Mayor, | agree. That’s very unusual. So I’m wondering if there’s not another issue but again we will look
into first thing in the morning.

Mayor Donchess

OK.

Alderwoman Lu

May | just to add, did you say the Rating Report.
Mayor Donchess

Yeah so when bonds are sold, the Standard & Poor’s and Fitch, two rating agencies, rerate the City.
Alderwoman Lu

| think that is up there.

Mayor Donchess

That is up there.

Director Kleiner

Yes, Mayor.

Alderwoman Lu

That’s not what | am talking about however.

Mayor Donchess

So you want to know how much sold, right and when?

Alderwoman Lu

In past years from 2019 and earlier posted to the web site | guess as a matter of routine there was bond

issuances. And you could look at that and see what that bond paid for. It’s called, | believe, a financial report
or something very vague like that but it is under the Finance Tab.

Mayor Donchess

Alright well David Fredette is probably responsible for posting all of that. So we will check that out too. So
thank you for bringing that to our attention.

Alderwoman Lu
My pleasure.

Mayor Donchess

These things should be on the website as you’ve pointed out. Now | am getting it separately so | am not
looking at the web site every day for stuff like this. But other people from the public easily could be; so yes, we
will definitely check it out. Thank you. Any other remarks by Aldermen? (There were none.)

Alright, Alderwoman Klee?
