B1.1 Develop Base Maps
Consultant will be responsible for preparing base maps to be used for the design. The base maps will be
prepared in accordance with the following: The base maps will consist of GIS topographic data, information
from record drawings, and field investigations for confirmation. Consultant to provide services for field
verifying the base map information. City will conduct topographic survey for areas of work as required. The
survey will consist of mapping all surface features and preparing existing contours at 1-foot intervals.
