Staff electrical engineer responsible for design of a peaking plant for the city of Vineland
which includes a 75MW Rolls-Royce natural gas turbine generator and 69kV switchyard.
Project included site permitting and electric utility interconnect applications.
Yale Commissioning Project — New Haven, CT
Commissioning engineer responsible for preparation of commissioning procedures and
start-up a new emergency diesel engine paralleling switchgear, low voltage power control
center and new utility synchronizing panel.
Genor Power Plant ORC — Puerto Barrios, Guatemala
Staff electrical engineer responsible for design and installation of a 5.6 MW Turbo-
Expander Generator to existing 40 MW heavy fuel oil fired reciprocating engine plant in
Puerto Barrios Guatemala. Design electrical power and protection one-line diagrams.
Perform load flow, short circuit and coordination studies.
VMEU Clayville Unit #1 — Vineland, NJ
Staff electrical engineer responsible for design of a peaking plant for the city of Vineland

Yale Central Power Plant Arc Flash Study — New Haven, CT
Staff electrical engineer responsible to evaluate the existing electrical system at Yale
Central Power Plant and provide a complete arc flash study report. The study includes
areas that could present a risk to Yale personnel or equipment, recommend appropriate
personal protective equipment for workers and suggest adjustments to reduce incident
energy at high arc flash hazard level equipments.
DTE Marietta Cogeneration Facility Project Commissioning — Marietta, OH
Commissioning engineer responsible to prepare commissioning procedures and start-up of
anew 7.2MW Solar Taurus 70 Gas Turbine including load bank test and parallel to utility
test.
Halletts Point Combined Heat & Power Project — New York, NY
Lead electrical engineer responsible to engineering design of a micro grid combined heat
and power plant for a retail-residential development in New York City. The project
includes four (4) 800kW reciprocating engine generators and one (1) 400kW / 800kWh
energy storage system to provide 100% reliable electricity power to the building.
TWA Flight Center Hotel Combine Heat & Power Project — New York, NY
Lead electrical engineer responsible to engineering design of a micro-grid combined heat
and power plant for a hotel development in JFK Airport. The project includes three (3)
335kW reciprocating engine generators, one (1) 500kW standby diesel engine generator
and one (1) new 500kW / 1000kWh energy storage system to provide 100% reliable
electricity power to the building.
