Pursuant to the Nashua Revised Ordinances, Chapter 285, Article Ill, Sections 21-22, the
undersigned requests that the following described portion of:

Pilgrim Circle as depicted on the attached roadway as-built plans and following descriptions

be accepted for public use and maintenance:

NJC Realty Holdings LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company with a mailing address of PO Box 748, Nashua, New Hampshire,

for consideration paid, grants to
The City of Nashua, a municipal corporation with offices at 229 Main Street, Nashua, New Hampshire 03060,

with WARRANTY covenants,

Pilgrim Circle:

A certain right-of-way 50 feet in width located northeasterly of Farley Road in the City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough,
State of New Hampshire, and shown as Pilgrim Circle on a plan entitled “Subdivision Plan, Farley Road Estates, Tax Map Parcel 1-
47,91 Farley Road, Nashua, N.H., prepared for: NJC Realty Holdings, LLC, land of Nashua Assembly of God Church”, prepared by
Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC, recorded with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 37460, and more
particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the northeasterly sideline of Farley Road, said point lying N 55° 02’ 25” W 28.37 feet from a granite
