11 SCOPE OF WORK
A.
CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals
necessary to excavate and backfill trenches for the landfill gas collection and
control system as shown on the Drawings and specified herein, including, but
not limited to: excavation, disposal, and/or replacement of waste; placement
and compaction of earth materials; and grading.

CONTRACTOR shall document the construction using red-lined drawings.
CONTRACTOR shall maintain at the site for OWNER’s permanent record one
complete set of project documents that includes a copy of the: Drawings, red-
lined drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, Submittals and Shop
Drawings, quality control field reports, product data, equipment manuals, and
material samples.

1.4 REMOVAL OF UTILITIES, FACILITIES AND CONTROLS
A. CONTRACTOR shall remove temporary facilities, equipment, and materials that
CONTRACTOR installed during the performance of the Contract Work.
CONTRACTOR shall restore existing and permanent facilities used during the
performance of Work to original or better condition.

SUMMARY
A.
CONTRACTOR shall maintain areas outside the limits of work free of waste
materials, debris, and rubbish that are a direct result of work performed by
CONTRACTOR.
TEMPORARY UTILITIES
A.
CONTRACTOR shall provide drinking water for his employees, ENGINEER, and
OWNER’s representatives.
CONTRACTOR shall provide portable sanitary facilities for use by all project
personnel.

manufacture. CONTRACTOR must anticipate that possible delays may occur
due to the necessity of materials being inspected and accepted for use.

A.
CONTRACTOR - shall maintain quality control over the _ suppliers,
manufacturers, products, services, site conditions, and workmanship to
produce Work of specified quality.
CONTRACTOR shall comply with industry standards except when more
restrictive tolerances or specified requirements indicate more rigid standards
or more precise workmanship.

7. Applicable standards, such as ASTM or Federal Specification numbers;
8. Identification of deviations from Contract Documents; and
9. Identification of revisions on resubmittals.
19 RESUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
A. CONTRACTOR shall make any and all corrections or changes in submittals
required by ENGINEER, and resubmit revised versions. Submittals shall not be
accepted until ENGINEER reviews and approves of revised versions.

B. CONTRACTOR shall complete all of the following items no later than the
specified number of calendar days.
Associated shipping, work, and use of
materials by CONTRACTOR shall not begin until ENGINEER’s review of each
respective submittal is complete and where resubmission by CONTRACTOR is
not required by ENGINEER. ENGINEER shall reply to CONTRACTOR within 7
calendar days of receipt of each submittal and state whether or not
CONTRACTOR must resubmit.
