PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 MAINTENANCE OF PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES

CONTRACTOR shall document the construction using red-lined drawings.
CONTRACTOR shall maintain at the site for OWNER’s permanent record one
complete set of project documents that includes a copy of the: Drawings, red-
lined drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, Submittals and Shop
Drawings, quality control field reports, product data, equipment manuals, and
material samples.
The project documents shall be stored apart from other field documents used
by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall maintain the project documents in
clean, dry, legible condition and in good order. The project documents shall be
made available at all times for inspection by OWNER and ENGINEER.
ENGINEER will review the project documents prior to the review of an
Application for Payment. ENGINEER will not approve Application for Payment
if the project documents do not reflect current conditions. Final payment will
not be made until the project documents are reviewed and approved by
ENGINEER.
12 MARKING
A.
CONTRACTOR shall mark all changes on the red-lined drawings upon
construction of that item of Work. CONTRACTOR shall record information
concurrently with construction progress and shall not cover any Work until
the required information is recorded.
1.3 RECORD DOCUMENT SUBMITTAL
A.
As-built drawings are to be provided within 30 days of issuance of a
“Certificate of Substantial Completion.”
As-built drawings shall be in electronic .dwg and .pdf format.
Project record documents shall be provided to OWNER prior to CONTRACTOR
demobilization.
PART 2 - PRODUCTS
Not used.
