4. All utility company and municipal back charges shall be the responsibility
of the Contractor. Cost of electricity shall be borne by the Contractor until
substantial completion as determined by the Owner.

1.03 COORDINATION OF WORK

A.

The electrical work shall be coordinated with the work of other trades to prevent
interferences and so that the progress in construction of the building will in no
way be retarded.

regulations at the location of the Work and shall conform to the latest

A. The Electrical Contactor shall provide the labor, tools, equipment, and materials
necessary to furnish, install and test all electrical Work in accordance with the
Drawings and as specified herein.

B. Provide the services of the local Electrical Utility companies to provide electrical
services, cable, and related appurtenances as shown on the Drawings
