COMMON WORK RESULTS FOR ELECTRICAL
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.01 DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A. The Electrical Contactor shall provide the labor, tools, equipment, and materials
necessary to furnish, install and test all electrical Work in accordance with the
Drawings and as specified herein.
B. Provide the services of the local Electrical Utility companies to provide electrical
services, cable, and related appurtenances as shown on the Drawings
C. In general, electrical Work shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. All motor wiring, safety disconnects, and motor starters unless integral
with equipment.
2. Power distribution equipment
3. Power outlets and equipment connections
4. Wiring Devices
5. Motor Controls not provided by other divisions.
6. Control wiring not provided by other divisions.
7. Complete grounding system
8. Service Entrance work
9. All support material and hardware for raceway and electrical equipment.
10. — Branch circuit wiring
11. | Underground electrical construction
12. Start up, acceptance testing test reports and instruction of systems
operation to the Owner.
