This is so wonderful that we are finally getting somewhere with this because this is a long time coming and
there is a lot of use there, some good, some bad. But! am so happy to see this moving forward finally. | am in
support of this whole heartedly. Thank you.

Thank you | just have one more question. Where it connects the Mine Falls to the trail like you said that comes
in behind here and then hope to someday continue all the way up to Crown Hill and so on, this kind of makes
that full connection from Mine Falls all the way through.

Thank you Mr. Mayor, if | may Mr. Budreau, | can appreciate the dilemma, like you said we have several
unions under contract, non-contract and everything else; is this going to be a buildable system and is it just
going to fix what we have now? Through negotiations, we go every two to three years, depending upon the
union, when they come before us, so this would be a system that would be able to be built on in the future, that
we can adjust as we make contractual changes?
