Meeting.

There’s going to be a meeting of Infrastructure on Thursday, December 5" at 7:00 PM immediately
following the PEDC Meeting. Members of my Committee, | cannot stress the importance of this

public hearing?

No | think you could probably cancel anytime; the 7 days is really relative to giving people notice when
it is going to be so they could come.

BPW meeting. We could postpone the Public Hearing to December 16" the night of the Budget Review
Committee Meeting and then the Board of Aldermen is meeting the following week, the 23% and you
know so we could | think there is time for the Board to act on this even if we postpone the public
hearing until the 16".
Since | have heard that it is in order, | would like to make a motion to postpone the public hearing on
the Board of Public Works Building to December 16h
