entering City Hall - includes 7 questions recommended by the State of NH for COVID-19

** Hired City Greeter — developed tracking and building protocols, assisted MVR with scheduling

and appointments

** Worked with EOC on Citywide Reconstitution plan — planning and procurement of supplies,

technology and PPE for all divisions.

** GIS support to EOC for maps and data

** Research and implementation of FFRCA — new timekeeping and payroll policies
COVID 19 Leave Policies

Administered over 200 FFCRA and EFMLA leaves; counselled managers on
COVID-related issues and questions

Utilizing a hybrid approach —in-person and virtual meetings — supported
hiring and orientations throughout the pandemic. Hired 85 employees and
60 DPW and Cemetery seasonal employees

** Annual Open enrollment — transitioned to virtual meetings and online benefit selections
** Safety — with EOC
