** Research and implementation of FFRCA — new timekeeping and payroll policies
COVID 19 Leave Policies

Administered over 200 FFCRA and EFMLA leaves; counselled managers on
COVID-related issues and questions

Utilizing a hybrid approach —in-person and virtual meetings — supported
hiring and orientations throughout the pandemic. Hired 85 employees and
60 DPW and Cemetery seasonal employees

** Annual Open enrollment — transitioned to virtual meetings and online benefit selections
** Safety — with EOC

Citywide Building evaluations and recommendations for enginerring, administrative,
and PPE changes to prevent COVID spread

Assistance and Planning of COVID 19 Testing sites
