** Increased participation in the HDHP, from 423 in 2018, to 595 in 2019, and 750 in

** Supported the City Clerk with the processing of absentee ballots by hiring 25
temporary City Clerk employees and 225 election workers

** Completed RFP and obtained vendor for the Dependent Audit to begin Feb. 2021
** Hiring of New Purchasing Manager
