In 1993 Mr. Bark received his Professional Engineer’s Registration in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, was Project Manager and familiar with all phases of electrical Engineering. Along

permitting for the Activity Use Limitation (AUL) site and management of contaminated soils.

administration services for the poured in place rubber surfacing replacement at McElligott
Playground.
