This allows us to accept the land for the added lanes to Charron Avenue and Amherst Street, and the
sidewalks that are being given to us by the businesses in the area.

Now that you go westbound with that new turn signal, the traffic seems to backup during rush hour more than it
used to. That maybe fallout of adding time to the left-hand turn. Exit 7, northbound. When you go Exit 7 west,
you are on Amherst Street, and you go through that Charron Avenue intersection, now that the light allows left-
