Compliance History: North Coast Services has been visited by the NILDES in each of
the last two years for an informal inspection and confirmation that we are not stockpiling
“materials of concern”. In each case, they were interested in the volume of CRT glass
that was being held for processing. We could demonstrate regular movement of
materials through the facility. There has been no other formal regulatory inspection or
NOF since the beginning of the company in 2011.

Certification: North Coast Services, LLC is not formally ISO or otherwise certified.
However, the downstream processors we use for the final disposition of commodities
generated from our operation are certified as indicated in the separately attached
“Downstream Processors” list requested. We welcome site visits upon request to
demonstrate our ability to safely and properly manage the materials we accept and
recycle.

Additionally, North Coast wl ma has recently engaged with a consultant to start

the process of becoming certified under an industry accepted third party organization.

processed and assigned an EPA identification number of NHD510072044. Under this EPA id
number, North Coast Services LLC Inc is classified as a Very Large Quantity Handler of Universal
Waste. This number is site specific to 44 Locke Rd, Concord.

Please keep a copy of this letter on file for three (3) years, as required by the New Hampshire
