on the Master Plan by approving the inclusionary zoning and accepting the ARPA funds that we hope will be substantially
purposed for the city's new affordable housing trust fund.

| am so proud that our city has committed already so much time and energy and the government and private and citizen
sectors to imagining steps that are bold and concrete to support people who make Nashua already a center for their lives
and want to live here to make it possible for builders to build profitably and landlords to them.

There being no objection, President Wilshire declared the minutes of the regular and Special Board of Aldermen

There were a couple items Madam President on the agenda that | wanted to mention. First R-21-186 proposes that we
cancel debt, about $5 million, that has been previously authorized but not used and those projects are completed. So that
would cancel that outstanding authorization.

A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the aldermanic
chamber and via Zoom teleconference which meeting link can be found on the agenda and on the City’s website
calendar.

So after the two challenges at the end of the tally, we had one challenge added to the total of Alderman Schmidt. The
total recount for Tyler is Gouveia is 1,140. The total votes for Jan Schmidt is 1,092.
