EXHIBIT B

According to Proposal No 8029 from Stanley Elevator Company, Inc. dated June 14, 2019 offers
replacement of the Hydraulic Power Unit and necessary labor and materials as listed in the proposal.
Work is to be completed by November 1, 2019; if an extension of this date is required it must be in
writing and requires the approval of both parties.

completed on the date indicated in the notice or provide Independent Contractor with a written
list of work not completed. With respect to work listed by the City of Nashua as incomplete,
Independent Contractor shall promptly complete the work and the final acceptance procedure
shall be repeated. The date of final acceptance of a project by the City of Nashua shall be the date
upon which the Board of Police Commissioners or other designated official accepts and approves
the notice of completion.

Independent Contractor or anyone employed, directed, or supervised by Independent

Board of Police Commissioners for resolution. If the parties are dissatisfied with the decision of
the Board of Police Commissioners, the parties’ reserve the right to pursue any available legal
and/or equitable remedies for any breaches of this contract except as that right may be limited by

4. CITY OF NASHUA REPRESENTATIVE The City of Nashua may designate a City of Nashua
representative for this contract. If designated, all notices, project materials, requests by
Independent Contractor, and any other communication about the contract shall be addressed or be
delivered to the City of Nashua Representative.
