DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Professional Engineer to maintain the City’s Pavement Management System (PMS) in Cartegraph’s
Navigator. Professional Engineer will update work history, conduct pavement conditions surveys, and
perform data modeling and analysis on behalf of the City. Professional Engineer will maintain the City’s
pavement management database and provide exports compatible with the City’s GIS. (the “WORK”)
