| know that Davis-Bacon has limitations and certain thresholds that you have to pass before you are exposed
to Davis-Bacon restrictions. I’m not sure if they are going passed those and it may be that the majority of the
work is the kind of work that they won't be doing.

A meeting of the Finance Committee was held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Aldermanic
Chamber.

The closeout of a grant does not af-
fect:
(a) The Federal agency’s right to dis-
allow costs and recover funds on the
basis of a later audit or other review;
(b) The grantee’s obligation to return
any funds due as a result of later re-
funds, corrections, or other trans-
actions;
(c) Records retention as required in
§ 66.42;
