can write”. Upon further discussion she told me she mailed the letter and | said, “I never received it”.
She told me, “You must've received it because | mailed it to you”. Well | never received the letter.

There being no objection, President McCarthy declared the minutes of the Board of Aldermen
meeting of October 9, 2018, and the public hearing conducted by the Planning and Economic
Development Committee on October 16, 2018, accepted, placed on file, and the readings
suspended.
