to the COMMITTEE ON INFRASTRUCTURE and scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday,
November 28, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chamber

There being no objection, President McCarthy suspended the rules to allow for the second
reading of R-18-088

Thank you. This grant came in to the Human Affairs Committee in May and it was for $879,760.00 to
complete the Heritage Rail Trail. Initially on the resolution we passed it said that the grant funds were
coming from the State Transportation Enhancement Funds when actually they are coming from the
CMAQ Grant which is Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Grant. That is the only change.
MOTION CARRIED
Resolution R-18-088 declared duly adopted.

Chris Griffin 56 Tyler Street, Nashua, NH. On September 17" | went in to speak with the ADA with your
Risk Manager, who is also your ADA Coordinator. | was there to ask her why | hadn’t received the
letter that | had asked for in April. In June | called and asked her why | hadn’t received it and she told
me she forgot, she’d get right on it. Three months later | came in with the letter | had to write so that |
thought that | could get a written response from her. | told her at one point that | wasn’t able to write
